Our cancellation policy due to current government restrictions concerning reservations made prior to October 1st 2020, for reservations exceeding 6 people for the months of October and November 2020 (for the moment) are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We will issue you a credit note in the form of a gift certificate in the amount of the deposit that was made toward your reservation. This credit note will be applicable on a future reservation within the next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No refunds will be made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This policy only applies on bookings made before October 1st, 2020 for chalets #1130, Vasara, \u017diema and the Chalet Ch\u00e2teau.\u00a0 For all other\u00a0chalet cancellations, covid-19* related or not, the regular cancellation policy will apply.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
*If, on the other hand, the government decides to close Quebec, we will issue a credit note in the form of a gift certificate for the amount of the deposit that was made during your reservation. This credit note will be applicable on a future reservation within one year. No refunds will be made. These are the same instructions here as we did in April and May 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
