For all chalet cancellations, COVID* related or not, the regular cancellation policy will apply. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
No refunds will be made unless stipulated in the regular cancellation policies.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n *If, on the other hand, the government decides to close Quebec (close chalet accommodation), we will issue a credit note in the form of a gift certificate for the amount of the deposit that was made during your reservation.
